Prefer in-place install
Install the new APK over the old one to keep sign-in and chats. Avoid uninstalling first unless the app is broken.
Before updating
- Check free storage
- Finish critical meetings or keep web as backup
If it won’t open
Force stop → clear cache → reopen. Reinstall only if needed.
